How Your Customer List Works in GroomrLink

GroomrLink doesn't have a manual customer-list import — your customer list builds itself automatically as people book appointments through your branded app. There's nothing to upload here.

Where your customer list comes from

The first time someone books an appointment at your salon through your app, they appear in Dashboard → Customers automatically, along with their appointment history and stats.

Getting existing customers into the app

Since there's no bulk customer import, the practical path is getting existing customers onto your branded app so their next booking creates their profile — share your salon's QR code poster (from Settings) or your salon's direct link so they can install the app and book.
