How does the 90-day free trial work?
Sign up, get approved, and pick Starter or Pro your subscription starts with a 90-day trial period before any billing begins. No charges during the trial.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Signing up and getting your salon approved requires no card at all. A payment method is only collected when you pick a paid plan to start the trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Always. There are no contracts and no lock-in. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you like no hard feelings.
What happens when the 90 days end?
Your subscription automatically moves from trial to active billing at your plan's monthly rate. We'll make sure you know what to expect well before that happens.
Can I manage multiple branches?
Yes. Pro includes up to 3 branches with unlimited staff, and you can add further branches for a small per-branch fee. Chain plans support unlimited branches.
Can I request new features?
Yes - we actively build based on salon owner feedback. Send requests any time through the contact form and we'll factor them into the roadmap.
Is support included?
Yes, every plan includes support from our Indian-based team. Pro and Chain plans get priority response times.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There's no setup cost on any plan - we help you get your branches, services and team configured as part of onboarding.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade between Starter and Pro at any time from your dashboard billing settings.
Is the branded mobile app included?
Yes. Every plan includes your own customer app, branded with your logo and colors, published to both the App Store and Google Play.
Is my salon's data secure?
Yes. GroomrLink runs on Google Firebase infrastructure with per-salon data isolation, so your data is never mixed with another salon's.
