How to Set Up Your Salon's Service Menu

Go to Services in your GroomrLink dashboard, pick a branch, and click Add Service. Give it a name, a price, and a duration — both are required — and an optional category. It's live in your customer app as soon as you save it.

Steps

1. Open Dashboard → Services and select the branch you're adding to.
2. Click Add Service.
3. Enter a name — start typing and GroomrLink will suggest a match if you already have a similar service, so you don't accidentally create a duplicate.
4. Set price (required, must be greater than 0) and duration in minutes (required, must be greater than 0).
5. Optionally set a category to group services in the customer app.
6. Save. The service is immediately bookable in your branded app for that branch.

Services are per branch

Each branch has its own service list and pricing — a haircut can be priced differently at two locations. If you rename a service that's shared across branches (same name reused when adding it), the rename applies everywhere it's used.

There's no shared master catalog

GroomrLink doesn't use a global list of predefined services — every salon's menu is entirely its own free-text list, so you're never limited to a fixed category of services someone else defined.
